ITEC Diet Nutrition Diploma Course
This course will introduce students
to basic concepts of diet and nutrition, and will highlight ways that they can integrate good nutrition into their own lifestyles, and the lifestyles of others.

- Food labeling
- Nutrition for sport
- Final multiple choice written exam
- Case studies – analysis of diets with strategies for improvement
***Please note that this course is intended to give a sound background in the area of diet and nutrition in order to allow the student to offer general nutritional advice to clients.
This course is not equivalent to a degree course in nutrition or dietetics.
